Position Details : Title : Maintenance TechnicianLocation : Jefferson, WIShift : Schedule 1 : 12 days on, 2 days off (work every other weekend), Openings on 2nd (2pm-10pm) or 3rd (10pm-6am).
Travel : noneCompensation : $30.51 / hr. start with a progression to $35.95 / hr.Bonus : Competitive pay, eligibility for overtime, 5% quarterly bonus, $500 Lifestyle spending annually, Premium pay of 1.

Make minor repairs on general plant machinery such as fans, blowers, conveyors, belts, mechanical and screw conveyors.Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
Work with the Production Team to improve the efficiency of the machines and processes.Apply basic electrical and electronic principals in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of plant systems.
Utilization of computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection / analysis.Requirements : High School diploma or GED.
1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2-year technical degree completed.
